Establish electoral fairness groups in the home district of every member of Congress and a speakers’ bureau to discuss electoral fairness around the country for third parties and Independents and how to make voting systems more fair.

Promote federal and state legislation to reform ballot access laws to facilitate participation by third parties and Independents.
